About Soma Ayurved
Meet Bhanu, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Educator
A Grounded Approach to Care
Hi, I’m Bhanu. Soma Ayurved is a space for thoughtful, personalised care rooted in the principles of Ayurveda. My work centres on helping people understand their bodies more clearly and feel supported in making changes that are sustainable and realistic in everyday life.
I was introduced to Ayurveda through an Ayurvedic cooking seminar taught by Dr. Vasant Lad, an experience that shaped the direction of my studies and practice. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my training through formal education, clinical study, and ongoing learning in both India and the United States.
My approach is holistic, but grounded. I draw from Ayurveda, AyurYoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, and Core Synchronism to support balance, resilience, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are always collaborative and responsive, guided by your needs rather than a fixed protocol.
Soma Ayurved is intended to be a calm, supportive space—whether you are navigating a specific health concern or simply seeking more steadiness and ease in your daily life.
