Core Synchronism is a gentle, non-invasive body-based therapy that supports deep relaxation and balance within the nervous system. Sessions are quiet and subtle, allowing the body to settle and reorganise without force or manipulation.

This work is rooted in principles from cranial osteopathy and polarity therapy, with attention given to the body’s internal rhythms and natural capacity for self-regulation. Rather than targeting symptoms, Core Synchronism offers space for the body to soften patterns of holding, tension, and overwhelm.

During a session, light contact and stillness invite the body into a state of rest and integration. Many people experience a sense of grounding, clarity, and ease, both during and after sessions. Because the work is subtle, it can be especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, or when the body feels out of sync.

Core Synchronism is offered online and may be used as a stand-alone practice or alongside Ayurvedic care, depending on your needs. Sessions are always guided by what feels appropriate for you, with an emphasis on safety, presence, and responsiveness.
ABOUT CORE SYNCHRONISM
What Core Synchronism Supports:
Core Synchronism supports the body in settling into a state of rest, balance, and internal coherence. The work is subtle and responsive, guided by what your body presents rather than a fixed technique or outcome.
Sessions may support:
-
Deep relaxation and nervous system settling, helping the body move out of stress patterns and into rest.
-
A greater sense of ease in the body, particularly when tension, fatigue, or overwhelm are present.
-
Improved body awareness, supporting a felt sense of connection between physical and emotional experience.
Because the work is gentle and non-directive, experiences can vary from session to session. The emphasis is always on listening to the body and allowing change to unfold at its own pace.

What to Expect in a Session:
A Core Synchronism session is calm, spacious, and guided by your needs on the day.
Opening conversation:
We begin with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling and whether there’s anything you’d like to share or focus on.
Gentle, non-invasive work:
The session itself involves stillness and light contact, allowing the body’s natural rhythms to settle and reorganise. There is no manipulation or force.
Integration and follow-up:
At the end of the session, we allow time for grounding and reflection. If ongoing support feels helpful, we can discuss next steps together.
