iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. Sessions offer a calm, structured space to settle the body and mind, even during times of stress, fatigue, or overwhelm.

 

iRest is practiced lying down or seated comfortably and does not require prior meditation experience. The approach is gentle and inclusive, allowing each person to engage at their own pace without effort or striving.

 

During sessions, attention is guided through a series of steps that invite relaxation, present-moment awareness, and reflection. Many people experience a sense of ease, clarity, and groundedness both during and after practice.

 

iRest sessions are offered online and in person and may be experienced on their own or alongside other supportive practices, depending on your needs. The emphasis is always on safety, choice, and responsiveness.

What to Expect in an iRest Session:
