iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. It offers something increasingly rare — a structured, unhurried space to fully set down the demands of the day and allow the body and mind to settle.
Sessions are practiced lying down or seated comfortably and require no prior experience with meditation or yoga. There is nothing to achieve or get right. The approach is gentle and inclusive, meeting each person exactly where they are.
During a session, attention is guided through a series of carefully sequenced steps that invite relaxation, present-moment awareness, and quiet self-inquiry. Many people experience a sense of ease, clarity, and groundedness that stays with them well beyond the session itself.
iRest is offered online and in person, as a standalone practice or alongside Ayurvedic consultations and other supportive work. The emphasis throughout is on safety, choice, and responsiveness — yours.
ABOUT iREST® YOGA NIDRA
What iRest® Supports:
iRest is particularly well suited to times when the body and mind struggle to find rest — whether that shows up as difficulty sleeping, persistent stress, fatigue, chronic pain, or a sense of being unable to slow down.
The practice works by gently guiding attention inward, creating conditions for the nervous system to shift out of activation and into a state of deep rest and self-regulation. Rather than suppressing or managing symptoms, iRest supports the body's natural capacity to settle, integrate, and restore.
People find iRest helpful for:
-
Sleep difficulties and insomnia
-
Stress, anxiety, and burnout
-
Chronic pain and physical tension
-
Periods of transition or emotional overwhelm
-
PTSD and trauma recovery
-
General rest and self-care practice
Because the approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and non-directive, it is accessible to most people regardless of experience or background. Sessions adapt to where you are — there is no correct way to experience iRest, and no striving required.
