About the event
Soma Ayurved's 4-week Ayurveda 101 course is led by Bhanu, a passionate NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner inspired by Dr. Vasant Lad. With expertise from the Ayurvedic Institute, Bhanu guides students in holistic healing through diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine, and Ayuryoga. Drawing from a commitment to continuous learning and teaching experience, Bhanu creates a supportive space for wellness seekers to thrive.
