On Sunday at 2:00-3:30 I'll be providing an insightful class on Agni and Ama: Boost Digestive Fire and Burn Toxins!

You can attend Herbstalk classes for one or both days! ​ There are also tickets for longer, more specialized Intensive classes, which include a Weekend Pass.  ​Kids 13 and younger can attend family friendly classes for free with their adult! Family friendly classes are highlighted on the schedule in orange.
