About the event

In this class, we explore insomnia and restless nights through the lens of Ayurveda and nervous system regulation — looking at how stress, irregular routines, and sensory overload disrupt the body's natural capacity for rest, and what it takes to gently restore it.

You'll leave with grounding pranayama practices, simple self-massage techniques, supportive herbs, and a practical framework for building a calming evening ritual that fits your life.

This class is part of Herbstalk 2026 — a beloved annual gathering that has been bringing together herbalists, healers, farmers, and plant lovers across New England since 2012. This year marks their final event, and I'm honoured to be part of it. Admission is included with your general Herbstalk ticket — no separate registration required.

No prior experience with Ayurveda is necessary. All are welcome. I am presenting on Saturday, June 6th from 4:00-5:30pm in Class 3 - Basement.
