Service Description
iRest Yoga Nidra is a structured, evidence-informed meditation practice that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. Sessions are guided and one-to-one, offered online at a calm, unhurried pace. The practice is accessible to everyone — no prior meditation experience is needed, and there is nothing to do but receive. Sessions are practiced lying down or seated comfortably, and the emphasis throughout is on ease, safety, and responsiveness rather than effort or outcome. During a session, attention is gently guided through a series of steps that invite the body and mind to settle, release habitual patterns of tension, and rest in present-moment awareness. Many people find iRest supportive during periods of stress, difficulty sleeping, chronic pain, or times of transition — though it is equally valuable simply as a regular practice of rest and self-care. Each session is approximately 55 minutes and is tailored to where you are on the day.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of the entire service rate.
