  • Milk: 1 cup (or your preferred plant-based milk)

  • Ashwagandha powder: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ghee: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cardamom powder: a pinch

  • Nutmeg powder: a pinch

  • Sweetener (optional): honey, maple syrup, or turbinado sugar to taste


Instructions:

  1. Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Whisk in the Ashwagandha powder, ghee, cardamom, and nutmeg.

  3. Sweeten to taste if desired.

  4. Enjoy warm before bed.


 

Garlic Milk: An Unexpected Sleep Aid
