✨ Have you ever come home from a trip feeling... off?
Maybe your digestion felt stuck. Or your sleep was all over the place.Maybe your body arrived, but your mind was still in motion.
I know that feeling — and I’ve lived it many times.
It wasn’t until I turned to Ayurveda that I understood what was happening… and more importantly, how to care for myself through it.
Now I travel differently. With ritual. With herbs. With breath.And with deep respect for how movement affects the body.
This Saturday, I’ll be teaching a special workshop at Herbstalk all about that care.
It’s called Ayurvedic Travel Tips: Staying Balanced On the Go, and I created it for people like you and me — people who want to feel more grounded, more nourished, and more present in motion.
