Hello friends,
As the days turn crisp and cozy, I’m hosting a hands-on Ayurvedic cooking class at The Kitchen in Melrose on Sept 28th—and I’d love for you to join me.
We’ll make Pav Bhaji, Mumbai’s beloved street food: a vibrant medley of spiced vegetables served with soft, golden, buttered rolls. I’ll guide you step-by-step, sharing simple Ayurvedic tips to make this dish both nourishing and deeply flavorful. We’ll also brew a warm cup of CCF Tea (cumin, coriander, fennel) to gently support digestion.
What to expect
A cozy, welcoming kitchen space
Practical Ayurvedic cooking tips you can use right away
A delicious meal we’ll enjoy together (Pav Bhaji + CCF Tea)
Seasonal wisdom for the autumn transition
